• Have perhaps gotten stuck at a certain milestone in the healing journey and would like some guidance

I'm here to support the progress, clarify certain aspects of the approach and elaborate on any necessary details specific to your situation to create a personalized action plan.

The consultation works like this:

1. After the purchase, write me a DM on Instagram and we will schedule the first call. You will receive a mind map template here on Gumroad automatically - print it out or fill it digitally. This is for you to gather some thoughts, track results and reflect on the healing.
2. THE INTRODUCTION CALL (20-30 min) - we meet, narrow down your specific situation, I take notes. (You speak more, I listen and ask)
3. After the first call, I will gather information for you into a text document. It will include an action plan and some useful links collected specifically for you.
4. THE CONSULTATION CALL (30-60 min) - diving into the specific areas you need help with, we go through each paragraph in the created text document and you can ask any additional questions. (I speak more, you listen and ask)
5. After the consultation, I will send you the text document so you could read though it yourself and use any provided helpful links and tips to start your tailored action plan.
